Never before has forming a curved concrete wall been so easy. The Spider Tie forming process for curved walls is exactly the same as the process for straight walls. The only difference is the type of material you use for your form ply.  For Larger diameter radius curves it is recommended to use two layers of 1/4″ thick material such as Masonite or Luwan plywood. For tighter radius curves you will need to reduce the material thickness so it can bend properly. In these situations we recommend four layers of 1/8″ thick Masonite. In both cases the multiple layers are installed simultaneously and fastened to the Spider Tie system together at one time.
